I have taught elementary school in private and public settings, in both New York City and Florida. I taught high school English and Global Studies in New York city. I have worked as a tutor in general subjects for elementary students, as well as for Reading, Language, and Biology for high school anc dollege students. I have also helped prepare adult students for the TABE, GED, and similar tests.

As a youth I desired to become a teacher. I come from a long line of classroom teachers. My mother is a teacher, my grandfather was a professor at the University of Florida, and both great-grandmothers were educators as well.
