My teaching style varies from student to student. I like to get to know the student in order to maximize their understanding of the subject. Everybody does learn differently, so I am open to change for that said student.
To be honest I do not really have any experience of being a tutor. I am a senior at Reagan High school and for the most part I tutor other classmates and family members. Mostly recently I broaden my range to elementary to high school. I do very well in mathematics except for geometry, Pre-cal, abd calculus because i am not registered for those classes. Chemistry tutor at local learning center. All of my students received a passing final grade ( so far)! I taught 19 courses of biology/anatomy to undergraduate students at ECU. This was the most joyful time in my career. I've discovered that chemistry is difficult because teachers only teach one way. It begins to click when a student hears the same info from a different perspective.
Hands on. Using a board to explain concepts and then letting student take a try. Most students learn better by doing.
