My philosophy is that education should be as individualized as possible because people do not learn in the same manner. For instance, some people are visual learners while others, like myself, are auditory learners. I strongly believe that educators should expose their students to as many fields and ideas as possible. For instance, when I am teaching, I prefer to instruct students on different topics- biology, culture and rules of the English language are particular favorites of mine. I also like to give ideas and explanations that are different than my own (when teaching abstract concepts, of course) so that students can formulate their own opinions.

I'm a deaf individual with total communication skills. I love meeting new people and building my network. I will teach American Sign Language or English Sign Language. My goal is to match your needs and goals. You tell me what you want out of me and I will work with you. I feel that it's best to learn sign language from a deaf individual due to culture exposure.
I have two college degrees in different areas. I'm interested in meeting new people who have interests into learning sign language.
