A Little Bit About Me...

Languages are my passion. I learned to speak Spanish while studying in Spain prior to enrolling in college. Studying abroad was an education in and of itself, which enabled me to acquire valuable language and literature skills while sharpening my understanding of multiculturalism. Earning a BA in Spanish and a minor in Education, established a foundation to teach and tutor. I have taught Spanish at the secondary level for five years and have tutored for the last year and a half. A large part of my teaching and tutoring has been geared towards developing communicative skills while preparing students for both the Regents and Proficiency exams. I have a BA in English, History, and Political Science from Washington Univ in St. Louis. In graduate school I have a Masters in Public Management and Finance from a top 20 graduate program in the US. My coursework consisted of Math, Finance, Accounting, Economics, and Statistics.
