Languages are my passion. I learned to speak Spanish while studying in Spain prior to enrolling in college. I believe teaching is more than just showing how to solve a problem, but is helping the student to discover the “bigger picture”. For that reason, I ask a lot of questions to ensure that a student is not just learning by rote, but understands a topic within its larger context.
