As a recent graduate from Framingham State College, I have chosen to dedicate my life to helping others learn. I have chosen to teach young children because I aim to create the foundation for loving to learn in their early years to build upon in their future years. I earned a BA in Educational Psychology and a BS in Early Childhood Education with a Massachusetts Teaching License to teach grades Pre-K to 2. I am currently obtaining my Connecticut Teaching License for Nursery to 3. I have recently graduated from Roger Williams University in Bristol, Rhode Island. While attending university, I studied various courses- natural science, social science, criminal justice, biology- but my true passion lies in foreign language. French and Portuguese were my primary languages studied. I am pleased to say that I was lucky enough to have studied abroad for a semester in Paris, France. Throughout my life, I have tutored colleagues (though in a non-professional setting) in foreign language.
My philosophy is that education should be as individualized as possible because people do not learn in the same manner.
