After graduating from the University of Missouri - Columbia with a BS in Mathematics and a BSEd in Secondary Mathematics Education, I have had several opportunities as both classroom teacher and individual tutor for students ranging from middle school through college aged. Having recently returned from studying translation in Nairobi, Kenya, I have a part-time high school mathematics teaching position currently.
I enjoy giving individual attention to students in order to figure out their personal learning styles and giftings, in order to provide opportunities for students to comprehend the material as efficiently as possible at the appropriate level.
