I have taught Kindergarten, first grade, second grade, fourth grade,fifth grade, sixth grade and tutoring small groups and individually. My most experience was in first and second grade. I have also served on both reading and math councils. I have trained teachers how to teach new math programs.
I believe all children can learn by using different styles of learning. It is very important to find the best teaching style for each child you tudor. I will work on each childs learning style. Some methods I use are manipulitives, games, flashcards with either words or numbers, and key words to remember.

Since my years as an undergraduate student, one of my passions has always been giving back to the community through tutoring and mentoring. Over the past eleven years, I have tutored countless times, particularly in research paper and essay writing (in various disciplines), literature, and even mathematics.
