I truly believe that as an educator you must establish a connection with your students. This not only builds a great relationship, but also helps to develop a real understanding of your students and develop the best way to teach them through differentiation and accomodations. I have learned over the years that you can't teach all students in the same way, and I have become very good at altering my teaching style to best fit the needs of my students.

I enjoy teaching groups as well as one on one sessions. I believe teaching in a group can be exceptionally helpful as children have the opportunity to not only learn from their designated teacher but also from each other. I enjoy working with all kinds of children and of any age. Teaching children individually is also extremely rewarding as one can give them his/her undivided attention. I come from a country where education is more of a privilege than a right. This has motivated me to teach since the past few years as I believe an educated nation is a healthy nation.
