Whenever I can, I like to be very hands-on in my teaching my students. For example, once I was teaching my class about trees. I had them go outside and collect samples of bark which had fallen on the ground. Then we created a gigantic mural in my classroom and glued the pieces of bark to a tree we had drawn.
I have been a self-employed Tutor since April, 2006. Special needs and home schooled students are welcomed. My comments on tutoring Elementary Study Skills : Studying is very important I can assist students in their study skills showing them how to study and how much fun studying can be once we learn the methods.

My teaching style is what is best the student that is depending on the grade level and student.
