I graduated from the University of Akron with a degree in chemistry and alongside I had taken many biology classes as a prerequisite for pharmacy school.At UA I skip a couple of math and physics classes and got placed in Calculus II and Physics II. I attended pharmacy school for couples of years, where I took some advance biology classes and was very involve in group assignments and group study. I enjoy teaching and finding ways for others to latch on to the ideas. I teach 4-H Shooting Sports each spring and summer. I am certified to instruct Archery and Pistol. I can teach in a classroom, and walk through the methods with many students. I have worked in a study hall type tutoring condition, which at times becomes a classroom teaching. I have also done personal tutoring. I can use the computer to teach math as programming a computer to solve the problems in proof that you understand the methods. I have found games to help others learn ideas like FOIL's Law for multiplying two binomials. One is applying the process to multiplying two two digit numbers: 13*13 = 169.

I believe in learning to do things the "hard" way for math, making change, etc. Calculators are good for higher functions and after basics are learned.
