I'm qualified to tutor or teach because I have work and trainer experience since 1984. I've worked for the U.S. government, state and local government as well as non profit organizations, and retail industry. I have been privately tutoring and teaching since 1986. I'm qualified to tutor or teach computer programming because I have a certificate in computer programming from Prince George's Community College 2004.
