After vounteering my services for many years, I attained formal degrees in education, psychology, and counseling, with very high GPAs. I have earned two bachelor degrees, BS in Accounting and BS in Chemistry, which has enabled me to gain knowledge in many areas of math and science. I have taught at the high school level for three years, which included courses in Chemistry and Physics. I have also performed private tutoring for college students.

I prefer special needs students because I enjoy finding what works for a learner and working around their preferences - and special needs children will often tell you, directly or not, their learning style. However, this is not to say it is difficult for me to teach children without special needs. I believe in explaining things in numerous ways to help a student understand, and this creative thinking to find a new way to say something is not only a skill of mine, but something I enjoy.
