I have experience as both a teacher and a tutor. I graduated from the University of Illinois with a degree in English/Secondary Education. Throughout my years in college I learned theories of education, observed in classrooms and student taught at both the middle school and high school level. After graduating college in 2003, I taught 9th grade English for 2 years in a charter school in Houston, TX.
