A Little Bit About Me...

Throughout my educational experience I have been committed to academic excellence. I recently graduated summa cum laude with a BA in English. My studies gave me a versatile set of writing, research, and critical-thinking skills applicable to many areas of study within the Humanities. In the past I have had 3 years of Russian, 1 in Hebrew, as well as good deal of study in beginning level Latin. In addition to my studies in English, I also took college level Calculus, as well as courses in physics, and history electives. After graduating from Vanguard University of Southern California with my BA in English, I decided to enroll in the Education Program to receive my Single Subject English Teaching Credential. Teaching has always been a passion of mine. I started tutoring students in subjects such as Math, English, Science, History, and Spanish, when I was merely a Junior in High School. I began tutoring K-8 at a local private elementary school. I then became employed at my high school as a tutor. At my high school, I was given the opportunity to work with grades 9-12.
