I have always been very enthusiastic about learning and always find myself helping others to discover a deeper understanding of a subject. During my time tutoring math, I discovered that there is a necessary balance to allow the student time to process the material without allowing them to get frustrated and giving up. I believe in stretching their mind while providing support to the necessary skills to accomplish the goal at hand. I do great with children. I have often participated in the children's ministry at my church and enjoy the opportunity to teach on that level. Overall, I am very relaxed, considerate of others feelings and willing to spend as long as is necessary to work through the task at hand.

I have earned two bachelor degrees, BS in Math and BS in Mechanical Engineering, which has enabled me to gain an understanding in many areas of math and science. In addition, I have learned extensive grammatical skills due to writing research papers and laboratory reports, along with essays in many various areas of study. I have taught adult students in mathematics, mechanical assembly, and job skills.
