I describe my teaching style as student-oriented. I focus heavily on each particular student's unique learning requirements. A Little Bit About Me...

I have recently graduated from Lawrence Technological University with a BA in graphic design, although all of my work experience has been with children. I started this experience in high school, as a teacher aide to a third grade class, creating lesson plans and working one-on-one. I have tutored in a professional tutoring center and privately for over 7 years working with children of all ages. A Little Bit About Me...

As a student at the University of Detroit Mercy, I worked as a tutor for two years. I helped other students struggling in mathematics and biology classes. Also, my senior year in college I worked as a Teaching Assistant for a Microbiolgy lab. In addition, I did student teaching for a Catholic Middle School.
Many people have different teaching skills and techniques. I do not believe any technique to educate a child is better than any other technique. Each child learns differently. Understanding the fact that children learn differently is crucial. The teacher must be able to adapt to the child's learning style.
