Algebra II is one of my top subjects! Passed with an A+. Spent fifty hours tutoring other math subjects on-the-spot. Have kept notes approved by a teacher.

I am used to student-led teaching. The students choose the topic they feel they need the most help with. I walk him/her through an example problem or two and then he/she does a few alone. Once I feel that he/she is comfortable with the topic, I ask whether he/she would like to try any more. This allows the student to take control of their time and learning experience, which is often much more interesting and enjoyable for them. However, I am open to going through the book consecutively. This would allow me to practice and prepare for each lesson specifically. I would continue personalizing the education experience.

A Little Bit About Me...

I have been a teacher at Blue Mountain High School for three years. Prior to that I taught at Reading High School for two years. In addition, I was a mathematics aide for a year at Schuylkill Valley High School. In all my experience, I have taught everything from Algebra I to Calculus.
