I have a passion for people and education. I myself enjoy learning and sharing that passion with others. I love sharing my knowledge with students and encouraging them along the way. I believe that every individual has a learning style that must be discovered and utilized. Students can be visual, auditory or tactile learners, and often many students are a combination of each learning style. I like to make learning fun and I use various unique strategies with students that fit into each individual’s way of learning. As a student at Oklahoma State University, I have been fortunate enough to study a vast and varied curriculum. Although I am not an official graduate of OSU, I essentially have earned all the credentials to hold a B.S. in Economics, and next spring I will graduate with a second B.S. in Mathematics. I have spent the past two years as a tutor at OSU, primarily focusing on Chemistry (General through Organic) as well as Mathematics (all levels up to Calculus, Differential Equations, and Linear Algebra). After twelve semesters of college and a wide variety of courses, my college experience has left me with quite the education and still more to come. I am a Senior attending the University of Central Oklahoma pursuing a bachelor in Applied Computer Science. I have taken such a wide variety of courses in the previous six years that I have completed the major requirements for a bachelor degree in General Studies as well. This degree also stipulates I earn a minor, which I have completed in the area of Mathematics. My particular skills are in the areas of Math, Computers, and Life Science.
