A Little Bit About Me...

I have helped my fellow students learn for nearly as long as I've been learning, myself. While attending Community College, I worked as a Peer Tutor in a wide range of subjects. While attending University, I worked as a General Subject Tutor and as a Math Tutor. I studied abroad in South Korea for one year, during which time I tutored Korean students in English and worked as a Classroom Aide and Assistant Teacher in several private schools. During all this time, at home and abroad, I also offered my services as a Private Tutor, assisting students with Math, Computer Science, and English. A Little Bit About Me...

I have teaching and tutoring experience at the high school and college level. I love expanding their minds and sharing my knowledge with them. I will be a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Superior in just a few short weeks with my degree in English and Communications. I like teaching by doing. I believe it helps the student when they can see what they are learning put into use. I am very patient and do no mind repeating things or explaining them in another way that the student understands. In my Spanish classes, I would often lead study groups of several students.
I have received a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and a Bachelor of Arts in English. I have worked for several years as an electrical engineer. One of my responsibilities as an engineer was to train recent college graduates. I wrote and taught new employees the basics of engineering. I would assist them on their first few projects.
