I am a Professional Engineer with 10+ years work experience in USA and 15+ years from India along with 2 Bachelors' and 16 credit of hours of MBA from Univ of Arkansas at Little Rock AR. As an Engineer I have knowledge and understanding of math and science as I have used and continue to use them in my daily work. I have also trained shop floor technicians on application of these concepts in shop floor work. A Little Bit About Me...

I have always loved teaching students the principals of Math. During my time at Harding University I was apart of a competitive Economic team (SIFE) and for them I developed original material on economic principles to present at the surrounding elementary schools and even high schools. Also during College I worked at a Learning center and was a co-teacher in the pre-school class. I also spent a short time at the YMCA helping kids after school with their homework. I am very knowledgeable in math principals and would love the opportunity to tutors kids!
I believe that patience is the most important virtue when teaching a child new material. I have a nephew who is ADHD and I have helped him with many school projects and other homework. While enrolled in the teacher certification program with Hendrix College, I mentored/tutored an eighth grader in various subjects. I enjoyed the one-on-one experience thoroughly and quickly returned to tutoring at Arkansas School for the Blind. During my three years of employment with ASB, I improved ACTAAP reading scores of two students with reading/learning impairments after one year of tutoring sessions from Below Basic to Basic.
