I provide the supplies including tests, calculator, ACT watches,etc. I prefer to work out of Starbucks on 29th and Wanamaker but that can be negotiated. I am a high school senior but I have been tutoring since freshman year in Science and Math for both underclassman and elementary students. I have a 33 on the ACT and I also have a recommendation from an ACT certified tutor. I typically begin with the homework assigned by the students teacher, as theses are most often the questions that appear on the tests. Reviewing the practice tests, if available, is also key, as many teachers use only slightly modified versions for the real test. For more advanced students, or those wishing to earn the highest marks, I will design extra problems, both conceptual and mathematic based, to continue to challenge them. This can include something a simple as more problems to work on, or as complex as having the student re-write previous problems to give them a chance to see all the different angles that the concept can be tested.
