A Little Bit About Me...

I believe that all kids learn differently. Some may like things to be explained visually while other may perfer them verbally. So my approach is to use a variety of techniques in order to reach the different students. I believe that games are a good way to teach kids and to incorperate competition so that kids will learn to strive for the best and to be the best. I know that I can make learning educational and fun so that kids will learn.
As a student at the University of South Florida I had a minor in Leadership studies. With this minor I was able to take course that allowed me to work in the community with less fortunate kids. A Little Bit About Me...

Every student benefits from a special teaching style, dependent on the students' way of learning. I am best with teaching elementary school math using tricks and tools they may not get to learn in a typical classroom setting. I find it best when I ask a series of questions in the beginning to evaluate their knowledge. From there we determine the best way to learn. Sometimes students need help with discipline to memorize information. Sometimes students need material explained to them in a different way for it to "click".
