My comments on tutoring GED : I understand that the GED student may have been out of school for a while. I make sure to take the time and prepare my students to take the test with confidence.

I have taught Math at all levels, from Elementary to College classes. I have tutored students of all ages, with excellent results. At this time, I have 8 students under my tutelage. A Little Bit About Me...

I try to make each lesson unique for my various learners. I have been known to teach in historical clothing, using props from the time period and a smattering of words in other languages. I also incorporate hands on learning such as crafts and some food making. I believe if a method is not working for my students, I change my approach. I also teach in language they are able to understand since their vocabulary is much different than what we spoke in 1970 as well as referneces current to them. I have found Tupoc Shakur's poetry is more well received than Shakespeare with todays youth.
