I am a recent graduate from Purdue University - Calumet. I majored in English Literature and plan on obtaining my teaching certificate in the state of Florida. I have not had much experience. I understand that all children learn differently and I am able to adapt my teaching style to fit the child. I am both patient and positive and I like to give the student confidence. After the class had finished, the professor hired me through the university's Philosophy Department as a tutor for the same class. After graduation, I acted as a private tutor in my spare time. At Columbia University I was a Teaching Assistant for three college courses, giving me my greatest experience with explaining course material to a large group of students. A Little Bit About Me...

I have been teaching in the homeschool community for about 10 years. I have learn many skills on how to handle different classroom situations.
