I've worked in and on computers for over 30yrs and as a Systems Administrator I've worked extensively on Email, security, and full networking. I was also responsible for staff training of newly introduced policies and procedures. I was a consultant in a dual database implementation that required me to translate technical information between the database programmer and the publishing owner. This was an ongoing task throughout the web and with internal users.

Graphic Design is one of my top subjects!

I like to be hands on in my teaching technique and have you do the assignments with some supplemental knowledge given to you as you do it. Everything is step by step and builds upon itself until you master the subject. I want the student to have fun while we do it, I'm not too serious and not too joking either. I am a graphic designer with a high level of expertise in motion graphics, print design, branding and identity, and web design. Most of my training has been one-on-one, sometimes in small groups. I begin by outlining the training session in writing and preparing documents that provide the agenda to participants. The documentation also includes training highlights and some support/reference information. Whenever possible, I like to have participants learn through hands-on participation. I’ve learned that this is most effective and allows for better retention than straight instruction. As far as questions and answers, my preference is to allow interaction from participants throughout training and then to use the class outline to stay on course.
