As a tutor of student athletes at Indiana University, I tutored students from all walks of life. I began by tutoring Biology and Spanish but the need for tutors in English, Writing, Chemistry and Statistics soon arose and I stepped up to fill those positions. Using previous knowledge from AP classes in high school, as well as recent knowledge gained from my classes, I was able to successfully convey new information in easy to understand and applicable terms to these students. A Little Bit About Me...

I firmly believe that it is the responsibility of the teacher to find a way to present material so it is understood by the student. Too many schools criticize a child's ability to learn when the child doesn't respond to the school's one method of teaching. I enjoy finding ways to make concepts simple and fun for the child.
