A Little Bit About Me...

I try to take a hands-on approach to teaching when possible. I find it helpful to use varied and often unusual objects and materials when teaching a lesson; it tends to make the material more memorable. However I am not above using the standard pencil/paper/textbook approach when needed.
I consider myself to be a "beginner" teacher as I have recently graduated college and received my license. Getting students to focus and engaging them in conversations that would get them interested in this subject has been the key.
