I am currently enrolled as a student at the University of Maryland, College Park, in my junior year studying mechanical engineering. Prior to my studies at UMD, I took several classes at Frederick Community College, while in high school. My bachelors is in Elementary Education, but my experiences are in middle school. I started my teaching experience in Salisbury Maryland where I did all of my student teaching. The two sixth grade classrooms that I engaged in were totally different from each other; different demographics, different backgrounds, different school cultures, and the list could go on. Each school however did share one thing in common; the ability to throw curve balls at you at every turn and neither schools fell short of an eventful day.
