I am a college student at Coastal Carolina University. Willing to help anyone that needs tutoring. I am a junior studying Biological Chemistry. I am knowledgeable in many different fields besides science. Every subject I've listed I can teach to anyone willing to learn. I am a local from the area so I have a good understanding of the curriculum in the Horry county school system. I am able to teach any (k-12) material.
My teaching style is different for every person. I have to asses each individual student find out what their strong and weak points are before they can fully benefit from my tutor sessions. I started my college education in a community college, where i met many struggling students trying to improve their career opportunities. As a peer tutor at that school and in the jobs i have held since, I have developed a appreciation for the satisfaction that comes from assisting people with their coursework. I have an AAS and BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering Technology, a minor in physics and two years of experience as a formal tutor. I am a high energy type teacher. I like to do creative things to motivate my students and make them realize that learning math can be fun. Since I have tutored for many years I have a lot of patience and understanding for students that have difficulty understanding the material. A Little Bit About Me...

I have a love of working with especially young children. I feel that children want to learn. I believe that children will learn through immersion in music and mass media. I also would teach a child to learn the step by step basics of mathematics and use each example in a realistic setting.
