I love to teach students to write. It is my passion to help students express themselves through writing and to see the increase in self confidence that results when they are able to master this skill. I am a certified teacher. I have taught for 11 years and have taught first through eighth grades. I enjoy teaching reading and writing to everyone. I have had some training in specialized reading training from the Wilson Academy and I am currently earning my certification for teaching students with reading difficulties. I have certifications in Elementary Education, ESOL, ESE, Reading K-12 and English 6-12. I am also a Certified Gifted Teacher.
