I believe that all children are unique and gifted in some way. I truly prefer to work with them one-on-one. Merely teaching the idea is not enough, and that "Oh, I see" moment must occur to embed the idea for long-term growth. I enjoy relating the ideas and facts to real world examples that almost anyone can grasp.
