My experience has been with adults, however, I would like to add experience working with secondary school students. As I attended Asnuntuck Community I volunteered as a math and desktop tutor. I was so well liked the State of Connecticut hired me after graduation where I still work today (Saturdays). I'm near a Bachelors Degree with an emphasis in math. I regularly receive requests through my director at the college for private tutoring.

I obtained a bachelor of science in Civil Engineering, with a concentration in Structural Analysis. The course work gave me a very strong understanding of Mathematics, and Physics. Also, the quantity of lab reports I have written has given me an advantage in writing non-technical reports along with technical reports. My teaching style is very simple and I believe it is effective. I have found that going through problems does not always help kids learn.
