I was inspired to pursue mathematics-related work by my eighth grade algebra teacher. An honors math student in high school and college, I decided to pursue a career where I could utilize my analytical and quantitative skills: finance. I have taught finance and math and the middle school and college levels. I have also taught music (piano and singing) to people of all ages.
I love to teach -- it is extremely rewarding to work with students and see them grasp new knowledge. I work with students to find a way of understanding material that fits their style of learning. I am unendingly patient and flexible. I am sure that, with effort, all students can learn.
