I am a huge supporter of the idea that anyone can learn anything that they desire. With that being said, it seems that there should be no problem with students learning mathematics; but there is. Many children have no desire to learn mathematics because they see no relevance for it in their daily lives. I very much enjoy working with children and when I tutor, I enjoy making math more fun and relevant for them. I was also a member of the Newspaper, Quiz Bowl, Robotics Team, soccer and baseball throughout my high school career.
