My teaching style is very patient, kind, and laid back. I believe that everyone has the potential to learn and finish the work they are given, so I very rarely tell someone how to finish a problem or correct a sentence. Instead, I give suggestions of things to think about and ask a lot of questions so that the student can get to the answer themselves. I love teaching and working with others, especially children. I first like to start with finding out where the child is confused by going over and re-teaching past assignments that were misunderstood. I like to go over past tests and make sure they understand what they missed and teach them the correct answer. I believe that this is very important so they can grasp future material.
