I studied industrial engineering in Mexico and took college algebra at Laredo Community College. I got an A for this class, however its been a long time since I do any math, however I'm willing to research and re-study whatever topic the student needs to improve and do my best to help him succeed I've been a substitute teacher for the United Independent School District since December of 2008. I was a computers tutor for Laredo Community College for about 4 months. As the reader can notice I don't have much tutoring experience, however I consider myself a very patient person who likes to help people.

Also, I have great experience in writing college-level essays with peer-reviewed articles as sources, specializing in APA format. In order for me to tutor the student I found that I must first learn how the student learns to understand and at what pace. This allows me to help tutor the student and enhance their learning abilities. I have a BS in Biology and have developed skills and knowledge in science, math and writing.
