I studied Mandarin Chinese beginning in high school, going on through college, and most recently attended the Defense Language Institute where I maintained a 4.0 GPA in their intensive Mandarin course. Throughout all my years learning Chinese I was also a tutor to fellow students and students in the lower level courses. Chinese is my passion and I absolutely love learning and teaching it! I have been tutoring in various math, elementary, and Spanish areas for 13 years. I have tutored students from elementary school age to adults. Largely due to my years experience as a reading teacher my class of inner city children scored in the top one percentile on the Georgia Criterion Reference Test(GA CRCT) in Reading.
