As a Penn State graduate, I earned a B.S. in Earth Sciences with a minor in Chemistry, assisting a paleoclimatology laboratory on campus for three years. I then enrolled at Bloomsburg University as a graduate student for a M.Ed. in Curriculum & Instruction, and worked as a graduate assistant. I then completed student teaching at Williamsport Area School District in a high school chemistry class and a middle school science class. I believe that everyone is teachable, if the student has the desire and the teacher has the commitment. I tend to be a patient teacher, with high standards. I actively question the student, which allows me to challenge the student in my presence, where I am able to guide him/her. As an Engineer in making I go through this process everyday where sometimes I have to learn and sometimes I have to teach. I work in a team, and try to make connection between material and some real life example. Just to show an example, the pythagorus theorem is really useful to work around were we make use of the hypotenuse to walk less from point a to b rather than going through the path.
I am a student from Rutgers University pursuing double major in Electrical and Computer Engineer.
