I try to tailor my style to the student. Each student I had tutored when I was in college I had basically spoke with them, got to learn what they strong points were, their weaknesses, and areas that needed more base learning. I tailored lesson plans to help fill in their educational gaps, created small weekly assignments, and also helped with their current homework/lesson plan. I believe everyone learns in different ways. Some are more visual, others are more auditory so I tried to not only explain but also show by using whatever tools necessary/applicable (graphs, pictures, charts, etc.)

Teacher with over 10 years as a French teacher. In Egypt I taught French for elementary schools for ten years and was chosen to go to france for two weeks to utilize my vast experience in an international conference.
I get the attention of the students through a dialogue of questions and answers , diagnosis of all previous lessons and applying the lessons through excerising the lesson. I'm big on enhancing my students experience anyway I can for example I would go outside if needed make them act out the words or lesson to ensure they can relate it to real life and things they are familiar with outside the classroom.

My teaching experience was when I was in practice as a psychiatrist. I served as a preceptor to residents in the Family Practice residence program, St. Francis Hospital, Wilmington, DE, for about five years in the 1980s. I would apply that experience to the teaching of French, and Russian
I would assess and teach high school and college-level students with a conversational method. This would help identify the areas of deficiency. I would also supplement this with reading and writing. Whatever texts the student would have from their institution would be the basic source of course planning. Supplemental reading needs might then also be identified and assigned.

As a recent graduate of Lock Haven University, I have obtained dual bachelor's degrees in both Accounting and Business Administration.
