Individualization is an important part of my teaching style. I think it is important to identify what the student needs to work on and present it in a way the student can grasp the concept and enjoy learning. The student has to enjoy learning to succeed. I try to present material in such a way that the student will find it interesting and use different techniques to help them remember what they have learned. A Little Bit About Me...

After graduating from high school, I was unsure what exactly I wanted to do. I began working as a counselor/activities director for a summer recreational program in 2004 which allowed me to realize that working with kids is what I want to do. Before I begin to teach I like to attempt to understand how much the student comprehends about the particular subject. I prefer to teach globally and with examples.
