Piano is one of my top subjects! I've been playing the piano for 7 years now. I'm was trained with classical music, which I still play now a days. But I have an interest in contemporary music. I attended the University of Memphis as music student for 1 year and now I'm transferring to Berklee College of Music.

While at Vassar during my senior year, I was employed by the music department as the music history intern. In this position, I was expected to instruct students enrolled in the current music history course once a week in new material as dictated by the professor. In order to prepare for this, I met with the professor prior, but often I was given freedom to design the lesson on my own. I also completed a correlate sequence in medieval/Renaissance studies, and took an array of history, art history, religion, gender studies, and English classes in addition to my required music courses.
