Received my B.S. in Biology from SUNY Cortland 2010. Everyone absorbs knowledge differently so it is important to cater to each student's particular needs. I am a very hands-on learner and I feel that is the best way to be taught, especially outside of a classroom setting. I find teaching very rewarding and uplifting. I love the field of microbiology and it shines through my teaching. When you work with a student and you can actually see the light bulb go off in their head- wow!
