My comments on tutoring Composition : I have a Bachelor's degree (with highest honors) from Florida International University and I did all my graduate work (with distinction) at the Univ. of Miami. One of my specialties is English in all its facets. My comments on tutoring Composition : Have taught my students how to compose stories as well as research projects.

My students enjoy coming to lessons with Ms. Sharon. I make them feel comfortable, and always encourage them to ask me questions. I always ask them if their was something that they had in the classroom that they didn't understand, and they are not inhibited to tell me so. Learning is fun!

I taylor my lessons according to student needs. I prefer the natural exposure to language. Grammar can be incorporated into the lessons and it does not have to be boring . I prefer guided conversation to standard lessons as the best way to learn a new language.
After moving to Miami from Germany in 2006, I've worked and a private tutor of the German language. I'm experienced in teaching elementary school children as well as adults. I helped my students in the German program at Sunset elementary to improve their grades.
