In my experience with teaching, I find that the best way to connect and convey the information is to provide aural, visual and experiential exposure to the material. Everyone does not learn at the same pace or through the same exposure to material. As a supervisor and trainer in the military, it was my responsibility to train the new individuals that came into the job.
