I hold a Ph.D. in Chemistry and currently work as a research scientist discovering and developing new drugs to combat human diseases. I love to work with children. I had 2 of my own. I believe children can learn if you show them the direct way; as a math or chemistry tutor I use some easy techniques that children can learn and remember by; but basically just show them by examples. I then turned to my calling of education and became a certified science teachers for grades 8-12. I taught middle school science for five years. I have since retired but love to stay connected to science and math education by tutoring.
