My strongest area of expertise in teaching is reading. I have taught it for years. I have come to the conclusion through both personal experience, observation of other master teachers and through current educational research that it is most necessary to teach reading and math daily in a systematic manner while exposing the students to a learning rich environment(a classroom reading corner full of books is ideal for this). I graduated from Georgia Tech in 2007 with a degree in Aerospace Engineering within a span of 3 years. I spent the next year earning a Master of Science in Medical Physics degree from the same institution and I am currently a medical student at the Medical College of Georgia. I attended the college of The Virgin Islands (presently University of the USVI) and graduated with a Bsc in Biology in 1986. While in college I became captivated with computers and programming.
