Upon finding myself a single parent, I decided to return to school and pursue my passion for learning and working with children by obtaining my Masters in Special Education. I have tutored most subjects in both in middle school and high school. My most recent experience was tutoring psychology and spanish at the college level. I do not hold a teaching certificate, but I do love to teach.

A Little Bit About Me...

I have always expressed an interest in the education field since graduating high school. I earned my AA as well as my BA while serving on active duty in the Army. I was in the military for 8 years and recently seperated to persue a civilian career in order to be closer to my family. While I was in the military I found myself in leadership positions as well as instructor positions throughout varies activities in my career. I am currently in the process of receiving my Masters in Education with a Curriculum Development degree.
I very much enjoy teaching in a setting where the students feel comfortable enough to both learn and express themselves.
