My comments on tutoring Elementary Reading : Was a Nanny for young children, have a BA in English
While in College I was a part time nanny for a single Mom with twins. I started taking care of the twins when they were 2 and continued until they were almost 4. I was an assistant teacher part time at little playmates preschool daycare. During my time there I worked with the 2 and 3 year old class and the 4 and 5 year old class. I also helped the older children with homework. I was responsible for helping with meals, playtime and supervising outside activities. I also volunteered at the learning tree center daycare preschool where I helped with story time and art activities. I was a religious education teacher from 2003 to 2004.
