Nothing brings me more happiness that accomplishing a difficult task. I really enjoy seeing what I have overcome and the finished product of hard work and fortitude. I know that many people find mathematics to be extremely difficult, but I also know that with the right teacher we can learn anything. Throughout all of my academic career, I have never been paid for helping other students-my friends-with their homework. Yet, I have still done it when they asked. In high school, I usually helped the struggling athletes, even though I too was an athlete; this continued in college. In sophomore year of college, I was the peer teacher in Stephens Success class, where I helped students with various issues.
